We’re looking for a strategic and driven Reward Lead to join our client's team and take the lead in designing, implementing, and evolving our reward strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do:

Develop & Shape Reward Strategy:

Work closely with senior leadership to develop a competitive, forward-thinking reward strategy aligned with our business goals and values. Drive Execution:

Implement tailored reward programs that support our workforce, from base pay and bonuses to long-term incentives and benefits. Analyse & Optimise:

Use data and insights to continuously improve our reward programs, ensuring they are market-competitive and meet the needs of our diverse employee base. Stay Ahead:

Monitor market trends and emerging best practices, adjusting our reward strategy to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a Reward role, ideally with experience in strategy creation and implementation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence decision-making. Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working effectively with leadership teams.
