We are working with an amazing brand who are actively recruiting for a Reward Manager on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive culture for all of its employees. You will be supporting all group reward programmes while driving the implementation of the UK and ROI strategy.

Duties will include: Managing multiple projects Liaising with key stakeholders across the group both in person and remotely. Keeping to deadlines and ensuring timelines are met. Encouraging strong collaboration across the teams. Being the SME for all Reward related matters. Enhancing the current Reward systems. Managing salary review processes.

We're Looking For: An experienced Reward Manager with exposure to compensation and benefits. Experience with structured salary reviews. Experience using frameworks such as Towers Watson. Experience in job evaluation and market analysis.
