1 Year Fixed Term Contract Your role @CHANEL: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reward Specialist to join our People & Organisation team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our compensation and benefits programmes are effectively administered and aligned with company goals and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits administration, compensation structures and data analysis. The role will also be supporting key Compensation and Benefit processes like pay review and bonus, grading and salary benchmarking. What impact you can create at Chanel: Oversee the daily operations of compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Be first point of contact for all compensation and benefit related queries. Manage end to end benefits administration, including health insurance, fleet, service awards, cycle scheme and other employee benefits. Propose innovative ways to manage benefits to improve efficiency of operations. Be able to integrate information from various sources including HRIS (Workday preferred). Assist the Reward Manager during the annual salary review process, including performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and implementation of salary adjustments and bonuses. Support with the preparation of all annual salary surveys. Run reports on job evaluation and assist with grading requests. Provide analytical / reporting support for performance management, talent and well-being. Work closely with the People Solutions and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits. Provide ad-hoc analytical support as required. What you will bring to the role: Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Lookups, nested IF Functions, Pivot Tables). Strong understanding of benefit structures, benefit administration, and regulatory requirements, including data protection. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Workday is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to various audiences.
