Develop salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation policies. Assist/lead on job evaluations, salary reviews, and manage variable pay schemes such as annual bonuses and other incentives. Support the annual benefits renewal process across multiple jurisdictions. Analyse data and provide insights to senior management, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Ensure all reward programs comply with regional laws and regulations. About You
To be successful in this role, you have solid reward/compensation experience developed in a fast-paced, change-focused environment. You have experience utilising benchmarking tools, advanced Excel skills, and you’re comfortable with manual processes. International or multiple jurisdictional experience would be a huge advantage. We are open to considering someone full time or four days, and you are required on site 3 days per week.
