Reward Specialist – Global Law Firm (Hybrid, London), up to £50,000 DOE Join a top international law firm as a Reward Specialist in their Human Resources team, reporting to the Head of Compensation & Benefits. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model based in London. About the Role:

You’ll manage salary survey data, conduct analysis and benchmarking, play a key role in the annual salary review, and oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting. As a subject matter expert, you’ll stay informed on compensation trends in the legal industry and collaborate with the Benefits team to enhance reward strategies. What We’re Looking For:

Candidates with experience in compensation within professional services (preferably legal), strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with HRIS (such as SAP SuccessFactors) are encouraged to apply.
