Job Description
Supporting the Head of HR to develop and implement the total reward strategy which attracts and retains talent
Maintaining relationships with reward and benefits partners, ensuring renewals are managed effectively within timescales
Sourcing new and relevant external partners to improve well-being and benefits
Responsible for annual salary reviews
Evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary
Conducting market and trend analyses for sector specific benchmarking
Providing advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations
Lead on Reward Reporting, including Gender Pay Gap and presenting insights/ideas to the business
Working with HR to promote and drive internal communications to increase awareness and use of benefits and well-being initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reward Specialist should have:
Proven experience within a Reward specialism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of HR/Reward practices and standards
A keen eye for detail with a strategic approach to decision making
Strong verbal communication skills - confident with communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the business
