Work Hard. Play Hard. Be Rewarded.

We are retained to find a Compensation Rewards and Benefits Manager for a leading residential developer. A critical role for someone who loves building strategies, analysing data and delivering tangible results. If you’ve got a proven track record in developing reward and benefit programmes and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this could be the role for you.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who knows how to combine strategic thinking, strong relationships, and a hands-on approach to ensure hard work gets the recognition it deserves.

The Role – Own It

As the Compensation Rewards and Benefits Manager, you’ll take charge of creating and delivering strategies that inspire and engage a diverse workforce. Working across multiple sites, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how success is rewarded.

What you’ll be doing:

Designing and implementing rewards and benefits strategies that align with business goals and employee needs. Using data to analyse trends and present compelling insights to senior leaders. Managing relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure top-tier benefits. Ensuring all programmes meet current legislative requirements. Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance employee engagement and retention.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

A proven track record in rewards and benefits HR roles, ideally (but not essential) in residential construction, volume housebuilding, or Build to Rent. A strong data-driven mindset – you can analyse trends and turn them into actionable strategies. Confidence and credibility to communicate with senior leadership teams. Experience managing third-party suppliers and key internal stakeholders. A strong understanding of legislative requirements around rewards and benefits. Proficiency in Excel (experience with COINS would be a bonus). A flexible, agile attitude and a passion for getting results.

What’s on Offer?

This organisation is committed to recognising and rewarding the effort you bring with benefits that show they value their people: Competitive Base Salary Annual Bonus – aligned with performance and results. 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) – rest when you need it. Private Medical Insurance – because health comes first. Cycle to Work Scheme and employer-matched pension (up to 5%). Flexible benefits include shopping discounts, reduced gym memberships, and airport parking.

Who You Are

You’re a go-getter with the right mix of strategy, data, and people skills. You know how to build programmes that make employees feel valued, while keeping your eye on the numbers. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have the confidence to take ownership and drive change.

Ready to Step Up?

This is your opportunity to make an impact in a forward-thinking, high-performing organisation that rewards hard work and celebrates success. If you’ve got the skills, the drive, and the ambition, let’s talk.
