About the Role: Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll oversee the UK employee rewards and spearhead the transition to a smart, streamlined benefits landscape. Your mission? To create impactful programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a competitive total compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business goals. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver top-tier benefits across multiple territories. Support M&A activities by crafting bespoke reward packages for acquired employees. Ensure compliance with global labour laws, including Gender Pay Gap reporting and market benchmarking. Lead the migration to a new benefits platform while maintaining day-to-day system excellence. Identify and recommend innovative benefits to boost employee satisfaction and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

Know-how and experience working in compensation & benefits within HR. Proven expertise in M&A integration and benefits transformation. Strong HRIS and benefits administration skills. Solid understanding of UK and international labour regulations. Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering results. Exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
