As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will lead the reward and benefits process across all operating areas and jurisdictions. Your expertise will create a compelling strategy that drives employee engagement and helps us attract and retain top talent. What You Will Do

Develop & Implement Strategy : Lead the effective development and execution of a Group-wide Reward & Benefits strategy that supports Dandara’s business goals. Design Reward Frameworks : Create and manage policies, processes, and frameworks, including annual pay reviews, market benchmarking, variable pay, and benefit renewals. Subject Matter Expertise : Act as the Group's go-to expert on Reward & Benefits, working closely with the HR Director and senior leaders to ensure strategies align with broader people initiatives. Enhance Benefits : Develop and implement a benefits strategy that meets employee needs and supports the business. Manage Schemes : Oversee Long-Term Incentive schemes, bonus schemes, and executive reward processes while preparing remuneration committee papers. Communicate Effectively : Deliver clear, innovative communications around reward and benefits, working closely with Internal Communications to engage employees. People Analytics : Utilise data insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend solutions to senior leaders. Optimise Partnerships : Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure cost efficiency and exceptional service, covering private medical insurance, income protection, and life assurance. Governance & Compliance : Ensure all reward and benefits practices comply with legislative and organisational requirements. Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reward programs, including leveraging technology and communication tools. What You Will Bring

Proven track record in developing and executing reward and benefits strategies in a multi-site organisation. Extensive experience in reward and benefit-related HR functions. Analytical mindset with strong data focus and excellent communication skills. Ability to present and articulate concepts to senior leaders effectively. Experience managing relationships with third-party suppliers and stakeholders. Knowledge of legislative requirements for reward and benefits offerings. Flexible, agile, and collaborative approach. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel and HR Systems What’s in It for You?
