Reward Manager

Key responsibilities : Own the Process : Take full control of designing, implementing, and refining reward programs that align with business goals and values. Leverage Data & Insights : Utilise advanced analytics and market intelligence to inform decision-making and deliver impactful reward solutions. Drive Competitive Advantage : Ensure the reward practices position the organisation as an employer of choice, standing out in a competitive FMCG landscape. Collaborate with Excellence : Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align reward strategies. Lead Change : Bring innovative ideas to the table and drive transformative reward initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Your profile : Proven experience in a reward, compensation, or benefits role, ideally within the FMCG sector or a similar fast-moving environment. A strategic mindset with a strong ability to interpret and apply data insights effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
