The successful Reward/Compensation Specialist will provide analytical and project management support for various compensation programs.
The Rewards/Compensation Specialist should have at least 1 year experience managing year end compensation (salary and bonus) for a large organisation, and ideally have international exposure using an automated compensation tool.
The Role
Provide strong consultative guidance, analysis, reporting, market practices and clarification of policies to managers
Lead the compensation survey process, working with HR colleagues, business leaders and survey providers to ensure accurate job matches are made
Study and analyse market data and trends to assist in the determination of salary and job grades to support the organisation’s compensation strategy
Produce standard and ad hoc reporting
Track key issues, practices and trends in compensation by participating in industry groups, conducting benchmarking studies and gathering market intelligence from internal and external recruiters
Support the ongoing development of the organisations global compensation practices, policies and processes
Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop competitive compensation offers for new hires
Support the annual compensation review process of executives to ensure accurate and current benchmarking data is available
The Person
3rd level qualification
Minimum of 1 year experience in compensation analysis with a basic understanding of survey submission procedures
Experience managing year end compensation (salary and bonus)
International experience would be desirable
Experience of using an automated compensation tool would be also be desirable
Strong IT skills with advanced understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
