The Mount Charles Group is seeking an Operations Support to join our Operations Team in Head Office, based in Mount Charles, Unit 2, 38 Montgomery Rd, Castlereagh, Belfast BT6 9HL.

The successful candidate will benefit from working in a modern office building based in the centre of Belfast. The core hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Must have own transport to and from work.

Reporting to the Support Lead under Head of Support Services, you will assist in the smooth day-to-day running of TimeGate Time Attendance Software and Utrac Software, including processing new starts and leavers for North and South. Helping manage the TG Engagement Module. Run, collate, and report on payrolls weekly and monthly; you will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Call Monitor System.

You will be an experienced Operation Support with exceptional communication skills and strong competence using Microsoft Office and Teams. You will be organised, hardworking, and have a passion for the role that you do, be an exceptional Team Player with a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn new tasks and be open to change.

37.5 hours per week (Flexible and Agile working patterns) Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Available to work weekends if required The Role:

Day-to-day management of TimeGate System and Utrac Inputting starters and leavers into TimeGate System Liaising with Managers on arbitrations and failed duties Maintaining arbitrations and failed duties in TimeGate, helping site Managers when required Maintaining a clear Call Monitor System, communicating with employees Maintaining Group Teams Channels and chats Responding to all correspondence from Managers regarding changes to TimeGate and Utrac Running and analysing reports for payroll each week Managing all change of details and schedules to TimeGate System Maintaining TG Engagement Portal in all aspects The Person:

Good knowledge of Excel; pulling together Excel information is essential Good knowledge of creating formulas and pivot tables is essential Good knowledge of holiday rules for UK and ROI is an advantage Good knowledge of payroll administration is an advantage Good knowledge of multi-site contract management is an advantage Experience in dealing with email queries, telephone queries, and Teams is an advantage Good communication and telephone manner is a must Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of TimeGate and Utrac would be advantageous The Mount Charles Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
