Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Identifying, articulating, and implementing best practices in the care of older adults and end-of-life patients.
Demonstrating leadership in managing staff within a care home setting.
Qualifications:
Current registration with the NMC.
Training in End of Life Care, Syringe Drivers, and PEG Feeds.
A valid driver’s license (preferred).
Desirable Experience:
Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
Enhanced DBS and relevant training certificates.
Desirable Qualities:
Empathetic and kind.
Hardworking, honest, and trustworthy.
Committed and passionate about delivering exceptional care.
