About the Role:
As an RGN Night, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents. You will be responsible for:
Leading and supervising the nursing team on the night shift.
Ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to all residents.
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
Administering medications safely and accurately.
Managing clinical emergencies effectively and efficiently.
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration.
Prior experience in a care home setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
