We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to join our team of dedicated nursing and care staff in our home where we specialise in providing long term care for younger people with a range of complex needs including acquired brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis and Huntington’s disease.

Responsibilities
A sound understanding of the Care Standards together with a Nursing qualification (RGN) and current NMC registration are essential for this role.
Provide high-quality patient care by assessing and monitoring patient conditions.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with NMC guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to support care continuity.
