30th March 2023 Guildford RHW Solicitors RHW Solicitors are looking for a Wills Trusts and Estates Solicitor to work in the firm’s Private Client team. They are a progressive, family friendly Legal 500 law firm based in the centre of Guildford. About the Role:

The selected candidate will work alongside, and ideally lead a team of two existing lawyers whose practice covers a range of private client work. Applicants should have at least six years’ post qualification experience that should cover wills, probate and LPAs. Experience of trusts and tax planning is a benefit. This is a permanent, full-time role and is offered on a hybrid basis, with attendance at our offices currently required for no more than three days per week. We encourage flexible working, and your work/life balance is important to us. We support local charities (Oakleaf Enterprises and Disability Challengers) and are a mental health aware employer. We are a member of Surrey Hills and have been awarded their Trademark. We have a green ethos running through the firm and activities include planting a tree for each new client and litter picks in and around Guildford. Required Skills & Experience:

Be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixture of areas of private client work. Be serious about providing excellent client service. Be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience of running a team would be beneficial but not crucial. Have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work and prioritise systematically with attention to detail, whilst managing multiple matters to meet deadlines. Be able to generate their own referrals to create their own client base and generate further work for other Teams and the firm. Help evolve a marketing strategy for the Team and be fully engaged with the firm’s marketing strategy, and be prepared to attend marketing events, produce articles and make relevant posts on social media to complement the firm’s activity. Have worked within, or be familiar with and able to comply with, the requirements of Lexcel. Have a commercial and creative mindset. Have strong IT skills, preferably with experience of P4W case management system. Salary and benefits:
