This is a mostly riding position at the beautiful Barbury Castle Estate. We are a racing yard that takes a lot from Eventing. The welfare of our horses and what we do is all about soundness, happiness, and longevity. You will need to have eventing experience; you will be required to do grid work, flat work, and galloping, go racing, and be willing to adapt and learn. Great wages, bonus, pension, and good hours.
