£45,000 + Autonomy + Pension + Provided Lunches + Training + Progression + Holiday Do you have experience as an assessor or trainer from the gas (service/mains laying) industry? Are you looking for progression into a lead role where you will have autonomy over the training centre? This organisation is going through an exciting period of growth. They have recently invested a significant amount of money into their facilities and equipment, such as lifeboat simulators. Their ambition is to be the leading training provider for the energy and engineering industry by investing heavily in new technology and innovation. In this role, you will be tasked with leading this purpose-built training centre. You will coach, mentor, and develop new staff, as well as ensure the centre is running to the highest standard. You will also be involved in delivering training courses when necessary. The ideal candidate will have: A background in training/assessing from the gas/utilities sector A desire to move into a lead role This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced trainer or assessor to transition into a lead role, where you will play a vital part in the company's growth and development.
