As our Risk Analyst you will typically:

Influence and oversee business changes that support good client outcomes and the development of a 'right first time' approach. Complete thematic root-cause analysis of data relevant to client outcomes, including but not limited to complaints, breaches, advice quality reviews, and client feedback. Work closely with Change Management and Operational Teams to ensure that amendments to business processes are implemented efficiently and in a timely manner. Continuous measurement and reporting of the ongoing success of effected change, including efficiencies created, specific improvements to client outcomes, and cost savings made. As part of the role, you will also:

Develop a suite of reports to document findings, capture identified change, and report on the effectiveness of such change at all levels. Explain the analysis findings to key stakeholders, including Risk, Senior Management, and Executive Teams. Support the maintenance of full and accurate data within the relevant business areas. Maintain a good level of knowledge and technical understanding of all financial planning concepts and regulatory focuses through the completion of annual CPD. What we are looking for in our ideal Risk Analyst:

A strong understanding of FCA requirements to drive good customer outcomes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload and adapt to shifting priorities. Strong verbal, written, and personal communication skills. Excellent report writing skills. Proficient in the use of Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools. Ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
