Your team

The Risk Management team at Flutter UK & Ireland form part of the Risk Management & Assurance function and are the second line of defence for leading risk across the division.

Reporting into the Senior Risk Manager, the Risk Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Risk arm of the function, alongside peers from Technology Risk & Assurance. You will play a key role in supporting the business in handling and controlling risks.

What you'll do

Supporting management with the collation of risk information in preparation for risk reporting. Administration and manipulation of data from the divisions risk management information system. Understanding and coordinating risk management processes to a high standard, with a key attention to detail when completing tasks. Conduct & support management in risk workshops with the business to provide training, administrative support and collaboration. Assist with projects as required. Establishing relationships and work with internal partners to help move the projects forward. Able to support with leading risk events, working with partners to collate and update information for post incident responses. Build and be an excellent partner with collaborators to support the team in meeting objectives and ensuring that risk documentation stays up to date as the business changes/evolves.

How you'll do it

Ambition, continually putting yourself in situations that will challenge and push you out of your comfort zone to support your career development. An understanding of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk control with transferable skills from your current role. Experience of risk reporting to various levels of partners, with strong proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite. Having the confidence to negotiate and challenge internally. Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to face partners internally in a professional and mature manner. Analytical capability and able to draw out key insights from reports/data sets. Ability to translate risk terminology into business language that all can understand.
