Risk Analyst (Project Based)

The Risk Analyst shall be able to: Follow risk strategy, management plan and report documentation Maintain the Project Risk Register and support risk mitigation activity definition Facilitate and support risk workshops Engage with Project stakeholders to capture and mature risk data and information Assist with Quantitative Risk Analysis for the Project and Client (cost and schedule) Provide risk-related recommendations to risk owners to ensure complete quantification of risks and appropriate mitigation measures are captured and implemented

Key Responsibilities Risk Management Strategy, Processes and Procedures:

Demonstrate effective Risk Management through the implementation of the project strategy and risk management in accordance with approved process and best practice. Provide risk advice to senior leaders and colleagues on Risk and Issue Management. Stakeholders:

Provide advice on Risks to Project/Programme Managers, stakeholders and senior leaders. Establish and support a programme of regular Project risk reviews with key stakeholders. Supports in identification of strategies for dealing with Risk. Collaborate with the Project delivery Organisation to align risk management practices. Identification, Analysis, Monitoring, Reviewing and Reporting of Risks and Issues:

Facilitate the identification, analysis and monitoring of project risks. Generate periodic and ad-hoc risk reports, including qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, as required by the project. Maintain and develop the Project Risk registers. Identification, Analysis, Monitoring, Reviewing and Reporting of Assumptions:

Support the activity of identification, analysis, monitoring, reviewing and reporting of assumptions in a Master Deviations and Assumptions List. Responsible for the alignment of the risk register and MDAL and ensuring all assumptions are documented according to process.

Role Specifics

Desired Qualifications:

Formal qualification in Risk Management (Bachelor's or IRM certificate) is preferred APM Risk Qualification at Level 2 / PRINCE2 or similar Project Professional Qualifications

Desired Experience:

At least 2 years experience of managing Risk on complex projects Experience of Risk Management systems, or software is desired
