Base pay range
As a Risk Analyst, your main role is to facilitate the execution of the Risk Management Framework within the first line of defence. This will improve risk management practices to ensure they are in direct alignment with corporate goals. You will work with a strong team of professionals and report to the head of risk, with the position located in London. Responsibilities: Coordinating business units and engaging with various functions to support the implementation of strong risk management strategies. Supporting the improvement of second-line risk oversight and understanding the significant risks within different business and functional units. Contributing to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) processes and delivering quarterly reports. Overseeing risk management activities and assisting with other risk management projects as needed. Qualifications: An understanding of insurance products, services, and associated regulatory regimes. Ability to collect and review quantitative data, and conduct quantitative analysis, including interpretation and impact assessments of key risk indicators and/or metrics. Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a team environment. Degree level or equivalent. Seniority level
