Risk Identification and Assessment:
Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for the New QEH Programme. Identify, assess, and categorise risks across all stages of the project, including design, construction, and operational phases. Work closely with key stakeholders to assess the likelihood and potential impact of each risk. Risk Register Management:
Maintain an up-to-date and detailed risk register, ensuring all risks are captured, monitored, and reviewed regularly. Develop and implement a risk scoring system that evaluates the severity and likelihood of risks and prioritise action plans accordingly. Risk Mitigation Strategies:
Design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of these plans. Regularly review and refine mitigation measures to adapt to evolving risks throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed risk reports to senior management and the Programme Board, ensuring transparency and providing actionable insights. Ensure that risk reporting aligns with the Trust’s risk management policies and NHS standards. Working for our organisation

Qualifications
Postgraduate level qualification or equivalent in relevant subject or significant specialist knowledge & experience of working in a risk role/governance within the NHS, Construction or equivalent organisation Experience
Demonstrable experience of working with and influencing senior staff, and of providing credible advice to colleagues on risk management Experience in presenting risk and assurance information for senior audiences Experience in large, complex projects and programmes Experience in budget management Skills
