This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who enjoys the compliance side of their current role within wealth management. Will suit an experienced Paraplanner with a great eye for detail, or an Operations Manager with knowledge of the financial planning aspects, or an experienced Senior Administrator with excellent attention to detail looking to channel their knowledge into a new area. The business works very closely with a HNW portfolio of clients providing an outstanding service. Working closely with the Director, you will be managing the operational needs of this busy practice which supports a team of Advisers. Oversee all business functions including advisory, marketing, business development, paraplanning, and administration ensuring they are aligned to practice objectives. As an inspirational leader, you will manage and develop team skills and knowledge of required compliance and risk exposure.
