They require a Risk & Compliance Officer to work across their multiple sites in Yorkshire.

The Risk & Compliance Officer will take responsibility for the day-to-day compliance and management, ensuring the law firm's regulatory obligations and their professional and practice standards remain compliant at all times. You will be a figurehead ensuring the firm maintains its compliance with regulatory standards, protecting the interests of our teams and clients. You will act as a 'go-to' for compliance matters and play an instrumental role in managing risk across our organisation.

For the Risk & Compliance Officer position, a minimum of 3 years' experience within compliance and risk management within the legal sector is required, along with knowledge of COLP, COFA, and AML, as well as other relevant legal financial and data protection legislation and frameworks. You should be proficient at identifying and managing potential risks, putting timely, workable solutions in place, and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
