Candidate fit

• Qualified Solicitor 3+ years' PQE, with demonstrable experience in risk management and the management of contractual arrangements, within a law firm environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, combined with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities with.
• A genuine commitment to a collaborative working culture, with the enthusiasm and capability to support the professional development of junior team members.

Additional role context

• Conducting periodic reviews of firm policies and procedures, recommending and implementing updates as appropriate.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on risk-related matters.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and team members across the firm's office locations.
