The Risk Manager will be working with the wider Risk Function in ensuring that the annual Risk Management Plan is delivered effectively and that valued risk advice is provided to the business.

Permanent Key Duties (Including but not limited to): Help implement the annual Risk Management plan, taking into account internal and external priorities and focus areas. Work with the Risk Function and the Deputy Chief Risk Officer to deliver and help enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Collaborate with Senior Risk Managers and the Deputy CRO to prepare for key meetings with the first line, including meetings with Risk Owners and Risk Co-ordinators/Risk Champions, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across the Company and the constituent businesses. Engage in risk management processes such as risk and control assessments, incident management, control reviews, thematic reviews, risk appetite, development of Key Risk Indicators, and producing committee reports. Possess experience in the insurance or insurance broking industry.
