We have an excellent opportunity to join as a Risk Manager in our fast-growing risk team in our management services business unit. Main responsibilities include assisting the Head of Risk to safeguard the Miller Group, its clients, reputation, assets and the interests of all stakeholders by identifying and managing all threats to the achievement of its business objectives. Role Responsibilities

Support the Head of Risk to deliver the Risk Management Plan. Help to manage and maintain the risk management framework and associated processes, including: The process for identifying and assessing the risks and controls affecting the business. Overseeing and supporting the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process for assigned group entities through regular engagement with business stakeholders. Regular and ad-hoc risk assessments with business units, functions and overseas entities, including the delivery and administration of workshops and associated outputs. Ensuring governance and oversight processes are embedded and operational. Working collaboratively with 1st Line business areas to embed a consistent, pragmatic and proportionate risk management approach. Supporting with the production of regular risk reporting to local and group committees (executive and non-executive). Supporting the management of the risk appetite framework. Supporting the business through the management of risk events, including root-cause analysis and identification of controls mitigation. Supporting risk assurance activity undertaken by the team by working with key stakeholders to strengthen the control environment. Identifying training needs and delivering focused training for stakeholders across the Group. Qualifications

Institute of Risk Management, auditor accountancy qualifications preferred but not essential. Knowledge and Experience

Experience in a risk management role, ideally within insurance (the London market) but other financial services organisations considered. Experience in demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders. Benefits
