Reporting to the Management Systems & Policy Manager, our

Risk & Safety Advisor (Management Systems)

will provide comprehensive administration and data support to the

Jet2holidays

Risk & Safety Department.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with the maintenance, development and continual improvement of the department's management systems, including safety and quality. It will also include support for the Business Support Manager. The role demands enthusiasm for improving and maintaining high standards for colleague and customer safety, promoting a positive culture throughout the department.

What you'll be doing:

Support the development and ongoing implementation of ISO 45001 documentation and the related Safety Management System. Support the development and ongoing implementation of the Department's Customer SMS, revolving around the safety of our customers whilst on their holidays. Co-ordinate and maintain the review of the department's policies and procedures and audit schedule, helping to ensure these fulfil and comply with the necessary standards. Prepare audit evidence and assist with both internal and external audits. Track responses and update action trackers in line with these audits. Assist with the completion of auditing hotel chains, with the scope to audit Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and Agents.

What you'll have: To be qualified as an internal auditor (at least) to ISO 45001, preferably Lead Auditor (Other ISO Standards may be considered). Strong evidence of IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent attention to detail. Good time management and organisational skills, a thorough eye for detail and proven capability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple workloads. Willing to take the initiative and make decisions, is proactive, professional, self-motivated and disciplined. Occasional travel overseas may be required.
