at our HM Naval Base Clyde, Faslane, Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute, UK site. The role

As a

Risk Specialist , you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Working with the Risk Manager, you will have a prominent position in our Fleet Operations Project Management Office (PMO) in which you will work across several project teams to ensure robust risk policies, procedures and processes are in place. Day-to-day, you'll be creating a cultural shift that prioritises risk from the offset by collaborating with individuals across our PMO to embed risk awareness within individual teams and leading workshops to facilitate risk identification and mitigation. You will train individual teams and assist them in implementing Risk Management policies, procedures, processes and instructions, maintaining Risk Governance arrangements through the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct risk workshop facilitation. Establish and maintain good internal and external relationships with all stakeholders. Management of Risk data, and quality assurance of Risk reporting. In the medium to long-term of this position, you will conduct complex quantitative risk analysis and modelling. This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office/onsite at our HM Naval Base Clyde, Faslane, Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute, UK site and 2-3 days working from home. Essential Experience

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage effective relationships with project stakeholders and interfacing functions. Confident in your abilities to implement risk governance, risk management methodologies, processes, systems and tools. Demonstrable experience in advanced risk and opportunity management techniques. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you. Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
