Staff Nurse RMN/RNLD
Hours : 37.5 per week Type : Permanent, Full-Time

acute mental health needs .

Valid NMC Registration
(RMN/RNLD).
Evidence of
post-registration professional development .
A positive attitude and commitment to
quality improvement .
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of
NMC standards , the
Mental Health Act , and best practices.

three small acute wards , each designed for a close-knit and community-focused experience:
12-bed male acute ward .
8-bed male acute ward .
8-bed female acute ward .
You’ll play a key role in a
person-centred care environment , working with patients, families, and external agencies to support recovery and facilitate safe discharge back into the community.
