Registered Nurse (RN)

Weekend Shift

in our

Home Healthcare and Hospice program . We're seeking dedicated nurses to join our dynamic team serving patients in Brainerd, Crosby, Crosslake, and Aitkin. What We Offer: Travel within a 24-mile radius of CRMC, with

paid driving time and mileage reimbursement

at the federal rate. Competitive hourly wage

plus an additional $7.50 hour

exclusively for weekend shifts. You will have a weekend off every quarter. No holiday shifts required unless the holiday falls on a weekend. No workday is ever the same. Supportive Culture:

independent, adaptable RN

who thrives in a collaborative environment, champions teamwork, and brings resilience and professionalism to every interaction. If you're passionate about patient advocacy, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving, this role is for you! Responsibilities: Provide direct, compassionate patient care in home settings using the nursing process. Collaborate with patients to identify barriers and create personalized care plans. Prevent hospital readmissions through proactive care and education. Complete OASIS assessments and medication reconciliations in an electronic medical record system. Qualifications Required:

Current Minnesota RN license. Ability to obtain

American Heart Association BLS certification

within 30 days of hire. Valid Minnesota driver's license.

Preferred:

Previous experience in Home Care and/or Hospice settings.

Key Skills: Compassionate and patient-focused care. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Confidence in teaching and guiding patients on disease processes and care plans.
