Your Role The Road Logistics Healthcare Planning Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel coordinates road freight shipments for healthcare customers, ensuring compliance with standards and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include rate negotiation, transport planning, customs documentation, and monitoring shipments for timely delivery. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of healthcare logistics and regulations. We will provide GDP training for the successful candidate. Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to healthcare clients, ensuring all logistics needs are met in accordance with customer SOPs and specific working instructions. Manage and coordinate road freight shipments for healthcare customers, ensuring compliance with the P805 Global GXP Policy Manual Pharma. Request and negotiate rates with hauliers to secure the best prices and solutions for both spot and set lane quotations. Complete transport planning, including creating manifests, booking collections and deliveries, and ensuring all details are accurate and communicated to relevant teams. Manage customs documentation and compliance for import and export shipments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely. Track and report on shipment progress, utilizing monitoring systems to ensure delivery and temperature requirements are met, and addressing any deviations or issues promptly. Your Skills and Experiences

At least 1 years of experience in planning, preferably within the road logistics or healthcare sector. Understanding of current customs procedures and documentation requirements for import and export shipments. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work well as a team member, supporting and collaborating with colleagues in the Healthcare team. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, and external partners.
