Responsibility for all health and safety of the squads/contractors under their supervision, in conjunction with ensuring the health and safety of members of the public and other stakeholders. Assist the roads supervisors by directing and overseeing the operatives/contractors under their remit. Adhere to works programme as instructed by supervisors and other officers.
