What the role involves

• It is important you are able to work on your own and work with others over the course of your shift.
• Reporting directly to the Technology supervisor on health and safety and progress during shifts you are working on.
• Work 42 hours a week on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern alternating from days and nights as required.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• The Technology Engineers will be part of the Area 9 Maintenance & Response contract with Colas, working on behalf of National Highways.
• A salary between £34,000-£38,000 (dependent on experience) PLUS Company car provided. 20% shift allowance for working night shifts. - 42 hours a week.
• Our Colas Pension Scheme has combined contributions of up to 10%.
• Life Assurance Scheme which is x4 basic salary.

Candidate fit

• UK driving licence (essential).
• 18th Edition wiring regulations (Desirable).
• HERS Sector 8 relevant to role. (Desirable).
