You will be contracted to work 40 hours, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity to do overtime. You will also receive a 5% bonus on completion of the probationary period. We will provide you with a Green Flag vehicle and you will start your day from your home. You'll use your technical knowledge to assist customers whose vehicles need help, whether it's running out of fuel, requiring a tyre repair/change, or needing a new battery. You will diagnose the problem and resolve it, giving customers confidence to continue their journey. Base Salary:

Up to £37,000 dependent on experience. What You'll Need A current Category B driving licence. NVQ Level 2 or similar type of accreditation in light vehicle maintenance. Empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome. Experience in the Motor Repair industry (essential). Experience of lone working (desirable). Ability to utilise and apply up-to-date vehicle repair techniques. Display best practice and first-class Health & Safety behaviours. Collaboration with the dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey. Self-initiative.
