Right Contracts are looking for a

Roaming Site Manager

for one of our clients who will be primarily working in the

New Build & Social Housing Sector . An ideal candidate will have experience in the façade, such as Architectural Aluminium, complemented with window and door installation. Typically, there will be 4/5 sites live at any one time across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, London & M25, so candidates must have their own transport. Core Responsibilities:

Responsibility for Health & Safety implementation, monitoring, and reporting. Controlling labour & material budgets and ensuring works on site are reported accurately to allow for applications & invoicing. Oversee and manage contracts, ensuring successful project delivery. Developing plans to fit the schedule of works, including basic programming. Controlling QA/QC systems & sign off of completed works. Organise resources & manage operatives on live sites. Ensuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary. Other Responsibilities:

Work closely with the team to optimize operations and enhance efficiency. Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers. Identifying ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity. Tasks/Duties:

Working with our Estimator and Buyer/project co-ordinator to organise, start on site, see through, and complete jobs including: On-site Job Management requirements. All on-site H&S. Pre-start meetings with MD. Creation of RAMs. Materials order list. Organising & sourcing of labour. Weekly progress reports. QA/QC. Start on site with operatives & weekly site visits. Client liaison meetings mid-project. Financial duties including: Creating & managing labour budgets. Ensuring monthly applications and invoicing information is completed. Variations/QS meetings with clients. Requirements:

Proven track record in the building envelope industry. Extensive experience in managing contracts and operations. In-depth knowledge of windows & doors. Ability to work hands-on and lead by example. SMSTS First Aid 2 years site manager experience Please call us on
