Your Role Will Include:

Collaborating with customers to design and implement bespoke surface finish solutions using advanced robotic systems. Using your CNC knowledge to develop and refine robotic polishing programs with custom CAD/CAM tools. Experimenting with the latest robotic technologies to revolutionize surface finishing processes. Testing and optimizing programs for exotic materials, including cutting-edge alloys. Traveling to support installations, provide training, and ensure customer success.

What You Bring to the Table: A strong foundation in CNC machining, ideally with advanced qualifications or apprenticeship experience. Expertise in precision operations such as milling, turning, or programming CAD/CAM systems. A keen interest in robotics - previous experience is a bonus but not essential. Familiarity with metrology tools, like CMMs, is an added advantage. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel (UK and internationally).
