Robot Programmer

As a Robot Programmer in Robotics, the work centres on supporting of industrial robotic automation systems across a range of applications. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Role overview

Education & Qualifications Level 3 or higher qualification in Robotics, Automation, Electrical, or Control Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. Key Responsibilities Program, commission, and support industrial robots within automated manufacturing cells.

Technical work involved

Support of industrial robotic automation systems across a range of applications. Design Engineers to deliver safe, robust, and commercially viable automation solutions. Work with FANUC and ABB robotic systems (OEM training can be provided where required).

Technical skills and experience

• OEM robot training desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
