Who we are looking for: Unistrut is looking for an experienced robot spot welder operative to support our continued growth. What you’ll do: Set and operate robot welders and ancillary equipment Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced Keep production and quality related records up to date Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role Ensure health & safety procedures are followed Perform other duties as assigned What you bring: A good knowledge of spot welding Able to work as part of a team and as an individual Motivation to beat targets safely and meet required quality standards Ability to comply with and promote Atkore’s ATIRE and SQDC values What you will strive to accomplish in this role: S - Zero harm to yourself or your colleagues Q - Zero defective raw materials accepted into the premises D - All offloading of raw materials achieved in a timely manner C - Zero downtime for machines allocated to material waiting time Benefits: 25 days annual leave Festive shutdown at Christmas Companywide bonus scheme Service and recognition awards Training and development opportunities Company pension Life assurance 4x salary Discounted gym membership Enhanced family-friendly policies Free annual flu vaccination vouchers Employee assistance programme Cash health plan Free home cyber security training Cycle to work scheme Free onsite parking Hours of work:

39 hours per week working 2-week rota shift pattern: Shift 1:

Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm and Fridays 6am - 1pm Shift 2:

Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm and Fridays 1pm - 8pm Hourly pay rate:
