• Maintain robotic systems on customer sites across the UK with occasional travel throughout Europe.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to customers and partners.
• Repair robotic systems in the field to ensure operational readiness.
• Monitoring robot performance and execution on job sites, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Gather customer feedback and partner with internal teams to improve product performance and features.
• Coordinating with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement field-driven solutions.

Skills and requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 2 to 3 weeks per month).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an engineering or technical role.
• Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian or French.
