Role Description: Regional Locum Dentist covering Sheffield, Doncaster, Rotherham. At Rodericks Dental Partners, being a Locum dentist provides an ideal option for enhanced job flexibility, to gain further experience in a new location or simply taking on a few extra shifts. There are excellent pay rates with good clinical and managerial support network within the practices and across the organisation. There is a clear company purpose committed to being an incredible place to work, with highly experienced teams, hygienists, well-equipped practices, and excellent patient management software. There is peer-to-peer support from experienced Clinical Advisors and a vast array of CPD and enhanced training opportunities. Many locum dentists subsequently decide to acquire Associate positions within the organisation. Improving lives through quality dentistry – together: At Rodericks Dental Partners we are committed to improving lives through quality dentistry. We do this by ensuring we reward you financially and personally as you develop your career by offering you great incentives, recognition, and opportunities. As a Dentist, you’ll play a leading role in delivering the best service to your community of patients. You’ll be supported by a hugely experienced team of Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Implantologists across the area. Regular meetings with your Practice Manager and a dedicated clinical team will help you stay on track with your UDA targets and support you with the operational management of the practice. Genuine career progression: We are a ‘progress from within’ culture, with huge opportunities to learn new skills. Our career development programmes and the vast amounts of CPD all support a shared attitude for better. Talented, purpose-driven people: We have the most experienced leaders in the sector who genuinely understand and are passionate about dentistry. We believe that our reputation is only as good as the people who work here. That’s why we want to create an environment where people thrive, succeed, grow, and win together. Clinically led care: Following the merger of two great dentist groups in 2022, we are now perfectly placed to build on a solid foundation and grow our footprint across the UK. Community focus: Everyone is empowered to increase access to care locally. Working with the team, you’ll help every patient in your community understand the options they have for treatment. ‘Win-together’ rewards: We have a rewarding pay structure and a range of ‘Win together’ rewards that recognise individual and team performance. If you would like to find out more about this opportunity, please get in touch with Sonia Szczepanska, Recruitment Business Partner, Telephone: 07867 408515, Email: [emailprotected].
