Role: Live-out Domiciliary Carer

Hours:10am-2/3pm or 11am-3/4pm (4/5 hours per day) Location:Greenford, Middlesex (UBG) Salary:£20-£30 per hour (depending on experience) Contract:Permanent Start:Flexible A wonderful, elderly Couple living in Greenford, Middlesex, are seeking a compassionate and experienced Live-out Domiciliary Carer to support them with daily activities and care The Couple currently have some independence, however require a professional carer who can support them over the coming years with companionship, assistance with medical appointments, light housekeeping tasks, light cooking and some physical support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to support a wonderful couple in a respectful and friendly, environment as the clients’ needs evolve over time. The ideal candidate will be local to Greenford/Middlesex, will be kind and flexible and with an energetic and mature outlook. They will have previous experience in domiciliary care or working with elderly clients, particularly those with mobility issues or progressive conditions (such as Arthritis or Parkinson’s disease).The ability todrivewould be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Accompany the clients to medical appointments. Take them shoppingfor groceries and essential items. Assist with physio exercises, ensuring they are completed regularly. Help get the coupledressedand provide assistance with light physical tasks Accompanying the couple outside for light exercise or walks. Providephysical assistanceif either of the clients falls or needs help moving around. Administer medicationsand ensure all medicines are taken at the prescribed times. Light housekeeping, including tidying up common areas, ensuring the home is safe, tidy and clean. Light cooking: preparing simple, healthy meals focusing on proteins and vegetables.
