Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality roofing repairs and installations in accordance with project specifications. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times. Conduct assessments of existing roofs to identify necessary repairs or maintenance. Install and secure roofing materials, including tiles, slates, and other weatherproofing systems. Assist with the removal of old roofing systems and prepare surfaces for installation. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
Proven experience in roofing (for Roofer role) or construction labour (for Roofer's Mate). Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential). Own tools and PPE are advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Reliability and a strong work ethic.
