Roofer Sunderland Ongoing temporary Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a roofer for a social housing organisation based in Sunderland. Duties of the Roofer: Carrying out necessary roofing works on domestic properties. General building duties. Liaising with customers, managers, supervisory staff, and a multi-trade workforce to ensure consistency of approach. Promoting additional services and other initiatives as appropriate within the team and to customers. Advising tenants on building-related matters and assisting them in the safe running of their home. Liaising with customer services staff on safeguarding issues. Criteria of the Roofer: NVQ level 2 or equivalent roofing/roofer qualification. Full UK driving license.
