Job Title: Roofer Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire Pay: 24-25 p/h Duration: 8-10 Weeks Overview Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for three experienced Roofers to assist on a current project which is underway on a new retail park in Tewkesbury. Duties Install roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal sheets according to specifications Ensure roofs are watertight by applying appropriate sealing techniques Conduct inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or areas needing repair Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete roofing tasks Fabricate roofing components as required for specific projects Work with masonry materials when necessary for roof installations or repairs Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters, to ensure quality workmanship Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Requirements Proven experience in roofing or a related field is essential Valid CSCS Blue Card (NVQ Level 2 Concrete & Slating) Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with roofing work Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) Familiarity with plumb techniques for ensuring proper alignment during installations Experience in masonry work is a plus, particularly for flat roof installations Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work at heights safely and follow all safety protocols If you are interested in this Roofer position then please call us here at Options on (phone number removed) or apply!
