Roofing Contracts Manager

The Company: We are working with a Yorkshire based, specialist contractor who undertake roofing, scaffolding and cladding contracts as a stand-alone contractor and as a respected sub-contractor. They are established within their industry with a company t/o of cGBP30m buoyed by repeat business and a strong stream of work with blue chip clients, delivering schemes across healthcare, education, rail and commercial sectors into the millions. They are looking to recruit a professional individual to oversee multiple roofing and waterproofing projects at any one time, operating across the North West and Scotland. The Role: They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the North West and Scotland region, managing an operational team to deliver c15 projects at any one time, valued from GBP100k in to the millions. The role will be a healthy mixture of working from Home (remote working) and visits to site with occasional working away required. You: You will have experience as a Contracts / Project Manager for a main or sub-contractor with an emphasis on being process driven.
