Roofing Contracts Manager

The Company: We are working with a Yorkshire based, specialist contractor who undertake roofing, scaffolding and cladding contracts as a stand-alone contractor and as a respected sub-contractor. They are established within their industry with a company t/o of c£30m buoyed by repeat business and a strong stream of work with blue chip clients, delivering schemes across healthcare, education, rail and commercial sectors into the millions. They are looking to recruit a professional individual to oversee multiple roofing and waterproofing projects at any one time, operating across the North West and Scotland. The Role: They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the North West and Scotland region, managing an operational team to deliver c15 projects at any one time, valued from £100k in to the millions. The role will be a healthy mixture of working from Home (remote working) and visits to site with occasional working away required. You: You will have experience as a Contracts / Project Manager for a main or sub-contractor with an emphasis on being process driven.
