A leading contractor is currently recruiting a forward-thinking Roofing Manager to join their team. This role will have you oversee various roofing works, including new build residential developments, refurbishments of existing commercial roofs, and industrial units. The roofing division has an annual turnover of approximately £9 million, contributing to a total company turnover of circa £70 million. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, from the project delivery team to clients, necessitating excellent communication skills at all times. Your technical knowledge and experience will enable you to make informed recommendations on-site ensuring clients are offered the right solution for them. Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate roofing projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Supervise and manage a team of roofers. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during projects, offering technical recommendations and expertise. Monitor completed works daily and conduct a daily review of planning for future appointments. Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role within the roofing industry. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the central belt. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. What’s on Offer?
