We are seeking a Technical Engineer to cover London and the M25 corridor providing expert technical support, site inspections and training for our cutting-edge roofing solutions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections and monitor installations to ensure compliance with company specifications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for roofing contractors and clients.
Assist with project sign-offs, guaranteeing quality workmanship and compliance.
Deliver training and assessments for system installers.
Investigate and resolve complaints, producing detailed technical reports.
Collaborate with sales, technical and marketing teams on product development and innovation.
Key Skills/Experience
Extensive industry experience in bitumen felt, single ply, and built-up roofing systems.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
